Dwayne is the primary pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, NC. as a Board Member for Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about empowering the future generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous articles on the internet and has been a contributor to the Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Change Lives With God's eternal truth. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne has three children with his wife Leslie.

Born and brought up in Brisbane Australia. She is the daughter of an British father. Clemens first began acting on Australian television during high school. She guest starred in a show called Blue Water High, as Juliet as Juliet, on the show in 2006.
