Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp has been an Canadian actress for many years. The actress is famous for her roles in television and films. She has a large following in American and Canadian television. Emily began acting at 12 when she was visiting her sister Katie on one of Katie's movies. After realizing her passion for acting she started taking acting classes and went for auditions. She was initially cast in commercials for a few minutes before getting a part on the Canadian children's horror television show Are You Scared of Darkness? The only part she could get was a silent one. In the year 15 she made her breakthrough as she was an actor on the WB program Glory Days. Emily's talents was noticed by Greg Berlanti after the series was cancelled after nine short episodes. He cast Emily for Everwood the new television show. Additionally, a dancer and a photographer Emily was previously ranked by Teen to be one of their top actresses who are under 20. The Maxim's Hot 100 for 2014 listed her as top 51.
